Welcome to SABA!

 

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to expanding the knowledge and improving the success of our beekeepers, as well as educating the broader public about the importance of bees in our shared environment. We aim to provide a forum for cooperation among beekeepers and all those working to improve the welfare of bees and other pollinators.

Thank you for an incredible Spring Seminar 2026:

We were near capacity this year and are grateful for each attendee. It was a full day of exceptional speakers, valuable topics, vendors, networking and a well attended Bee-cup raffle.

A special thank you to our Speakers; Kate Anton, Erin Evans and Dr. David Peck, our Vendors;
Betterbee, Dadant, Saratoga Tea and Honey, Wellscroft Fence Systems, LLC (Bear Fencing), NY Bee Wellness, NYS Dept. of Agticulture Apiary Inspection Program, our raffle donors and valuable volunteers.

Extra special thanks to Mary Krenceski and Jim Tkacik for organizing, leading and making this event so successful!
